The story of Maira
Maira, the cherished caretaker of Erik and his family, dreamed of opening her own restaurant. Instead, she devoted her life to those she cared for. On her deathbed, Erik made her a promise: if he ever opened a restaurant, it would carry her name as a tribute to her love and dedication.
Today, Maira’s Kitchen honors her memory, serving every dish with the warmth and care that defined her life.
